Terms of Service

By placing an order through VSGravity.com, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Pre-Order Agreement
    You understand that you are purchasing a pre-order item. Production is scheduled to begin shortly, and estimated shipping is on or around August 10. Delivery times may vary depending on postal service and customs processing in your country.

  2. Pricing
    Early bird pricing is $155 per unit, plus a flat international shipping fee of $35. Prices are subject to change after the early bird period.

  3. Shipping
    All orders will be shipped internationally via standard mail service. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 days after shipment. We will provide a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.

  5. Returns and Refunds
    All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. We will provide replacements or refunds only in cases of manufacturing defects or lost packages.

  6. Warranty
    We guarantee your BKM-32X against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if your item arrives defective or your package does not arrive.

  7. Installation Recommendation
    We strongly recommend having your BKM-32X installed by a professional or someone with experience working with CRT monitors and related equipment. Incorrect installation may damage your equipment or pose a safety risk.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
