JULY 17 UPDATE – We’re Ahead of Schedule!

CNC work wrapped up a couple of days ago, and by tomorrow, bending will be complete. All parts will then be sent out for paint. If all goes smoothly, we expect to have the finished kits in hand and ready to go by Monday or Tuesday.

A quick heads-up: The early bird discount will expire as soon as the first pre-order ships. If you haven’t secured your kit yet, now’s the time!

We’re on track to begin shipping all pre-orders by Thursday, the 24th.

Some quick production highlights:

The final paint sample for the side panels is in, and it’s a 90% match to the original. It blends in really well with the monitor. Took 6 rounds of samples to get there, but totally worth it.

Our custom rubber feet have arrived. These were made to match the originals exactly, since nothing off the shelf had the correct dimensions.

Packaging is ready: we’re using 5-ply thick boxes for extra protection, even though the kits are pretty rugged.

We sourced wire loops for the BKM-35X kits, and they’re very close to the originals. These loops will only come with the 35X kits.
